WEDDINGS

Part of why I love photographing weddings so much is that there are always moments of fleeting emotion that I look for and hopefully snap a shot of before it passes away.

Tips for those looking for wedding photos: 1) I highly encourage you to provide adequate time for wedding party photos. One hour minimum is what I would aim for because even if you don't think you want that many, you never know. Plus, weddings are notoriously behind on schedule, and one hour would help provide a cushion. I also know, from experience, that the first 15-20 minutes of a photoshoot tend to be lower in quality than the rest as I familiarize myself with my surroundings and get comfortable with my subjects. 2) If it's not cloudy, get golden hour photos with your loved one - you won't regret it.

One thing couples worry about on their wedding day is the weather. I'm here to let you know that you need not fret. I love working with and around the weather, and when a block gets in my way, I see it only as an opportunity to grow in my artistic abilities.
